You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Once you have notified us, you then have an additional 14 calendar days to return the goods.

Please note: The items must be returned within 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Returns outside of Europe are not accepted due to customs and logistical complexity.

The item(s) that you choose to return can be refunded.
Note that shipping fees are not refundable, and you cover the cost of the return.

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn. 
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
- Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.

- You can't return in stores! The Buchan pop-up is closed. But also Not ar our partners stores.
