Returns & Refunds
If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for return via our online Return Portal. Please visit the original store of purchase for exchanges or returns.
You can return your item(s) with the return label provided by the Return Portal. Place the return label on the package, and send it via an office point/parcel shop with the transport carrier mentioned on the label.
You can only do exchanges (size, color) in our physical stores only: View Stores

All costs associated with the return shall be the responsibility of the customer. We have a fix fee at our return portal.
Returns outside of Europe are not accepted due to customs and logistical complexity.
Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 10 days for your return to be processed. Shipping fees are not refunded
A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn.
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
- Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.
